This past spring a lovely lady named Andrea sent me an email indicating her interest in getting a maternity session for her friend Jen as a gift. I thought this was such a sweet idea and mentioned to Andrea that I also do newborn photography if Jen would be interested in that. I was thrilled when Andrea and her friends decided to book me to do both sessions for Jen! Jen’s little guy, Holden, should be arriving in just a few short weeks, but in the mean time I had the opportunity to work with this adorable couple and Holden’s sweet big sister, Evie. These were taken at Springton Manor, one of my favorite places since it has such a variety of beautiful backgrounds to choose from! It was lots of fun hanging out with this sweet family, too, and Evie just loved looking at and playing with my baby daughter (I just KNOW she’ll make a phenomenal big sister!!!)
Many thanks to my friend Sue who contacted me to do this shoot for her friends. It was an absolutely gorgeous day, the whole family was so photogenic, and we were able to capture tons of memorable moments! I also felt totally spoiled that there weren’t any crying babies or toddlers running away from me! Another benefit of this shoot is that we were able to kill two birds with one stone. Marissa, the middle daughter, is a high school senior this year, so we took a few shots for her senior portraits as well.
