Brittany is a former coworker of my husband’s and for years now has been a very vocal commenter on my photography! I’m thrilled that I finally had the chance to meet her in person as well as her beautiful family and adorable baby bump! She has an amazing sense of style, and I just love the hot pink in contrast with the greens and yellows of the garden. It was fun shooting in a new location down in Delaware, too! So looking forward to meeting their little dude in December.
I just adore this family and am so thrilled to be able to document them in this long journey of becoming a family of 4. Little Malcolm was born last week, and I’m so excited to meet him! I know Morgana is already the “coolest sister ever”! Mary is an amazing teacher and so wonderful with children. People used to ask her if she has children, and she would respond with “Yes, 25 of them!” She’s had many children in her life, but I’m so glad that Morgana and Malcolm have the pleasure of being children who get to call her “Mama.” Much love and congratulations, Mary and Phil!
This is such a beautiful family that I really struggled with narrowing down the photos since they look amazing in just about every picture! We had a beautiful day at Ridley Creek State Park and I had such a fun time getting to know them and their little dude. Oh, and I had the distinct honor of getting help them make their social media pregnancy announcement! So fun!
I am continuing my pursuit of lifestyle newborn photography! I love this new phase in my photography journey! Little Ellis was one month old when these were shot and I had such a great time working with him and his sweet family in their Coatesville home. I was connected to this family last minute and just in time since I was about to go on maternity leave myself! I hope you enjoy these precious family moments. 🙂
My previous post featured my friend Laurie, her husband Nick, their sweet little girl Leah, and a very cute bump. I’m always so thrilled when maternity sessions lead to newborn sessions! Laurie is a fellow photographer and friend, and we’ve both fallen in love with lifestyle newborn photography. Over the past few months I have been transitioning my newborn work from posed images to more natural, family relationships. I adore the interactions between parents and their little ones, and I’m so excited to be starting this new project since baby Rishty #2 is on the way next month! In fact, Laurie and I have been participating in an online community of lifestyle newborn photographers, and today we are both involved in a connecting our blogs to other newborn photographer’s work! If you’re interested in a taste of various lifestyle newborn styles, investigate this blog post: http://www.sarahharriganphoto.com/?p=75
If you keep searching through some links, you will eventually find a post by Laurie herself!
Thank you, little Sophie, for being such a doll and a sweet little model for these heartwarming images. You are so loved already!
I was so happy to work with this amazing family again after doing their maternity photos over the summer! Stacy is a gorgeous mama and baby Lincoln was so adorable and sweet! This was a fun lifestyle session that I’m starting to focus on more with my newborns as opposed to the more posed newborn images. Enjoy the sweetness!
It was a perfect fall evening with this little dude and his family. They had a gorgeous home and so much space! Plenty of natural light, beautiful family interaction, and a ton of newborn cuteness. I love sessions like this! — in Wynnewood, PA.
It was election day and we had the fun chance to squeeze in a shoot in between family activities. I just love their bright colors and had such a great time watching this family interact. It was a beautiful day and we we able to capture some of the last of the beautiful fall foliage. Perfect day! — at Oakbourne Mansion and Park.
